Commissioner Dexter A. Galban, RN, RBP, MD-MBA is a multi-awarded public servant, health professional, sustainable business innovator, and Masters in Public Management graduate student.
A Youth Power Global Leader and Panel Member of United Kingdom-based Restless Development, one of the Top 5 United States Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) Top Future Professionals, and a Leadership Council nominee of UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network – Youth PH, he serves as an international consultant, a national adviser, and a national officer of multiple NGOs and CSOs working on public health, climate action, good governance, and sustainable development initiatives.

With over 11 years of management experience in government, corporate, and civil society, he currently leads both the digital health social enterprise Alaga Health Inc. and the training & consultancy firm Experto PlayLabs Inc. as their Chief Executive Officer & Founder. In 2019, he was appointed as Commissioner of the Commission on Population & Development (POPCOM) under the National Economic & Development Authority (NEDA).
